I'm Rachel and I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in July 2019. I am also certified in both adult and pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED. I am currently working on becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach. I was not an active person growing up, and would do whatever it took to get out of gym class. In 2014 I developed health problems based on my sedentary lifestyle. I started hitting the gym and running, in turn losing over 160 pounds. I developed a love for being active. After changing my own life for the better, I decided to start helping others become the best versions of themselves. I consider myself lucky to have been able to turn my passion into my profession.
