One-On-One Personal Training
Your 60 minute workout is customized and tailored to your fitness and health goals. You will have your own personal space for me to help and guide you in every session. Nutrition and meal planning along with a monthly fitness assessment will help keep you on track with your fitness goals. Nothing replaces the effectiveness of a personal trainer. I will help you achieve the physical results you desire from your workouts!
1 Session - $85
25 Sessions - $1,750 / $70 Per session
50 Sessions - $3,250 / $65 Per Session
100 Sessions - $5,000 / $50 Per Session
All Sessions Are 60 Minutes Long
Monthly Membership Rates:
Cancellation of memberships: 30-day notice is required
Payment options: Cash, Check or Charge
Monthly payment due date: Payments are will be due on the 1st of each month.
Biweekly payment due date: Payments are due on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Unused sessions: Will be carried over into the next month
