As far back as I can remember, I have always been drawn to sports and exercise. In my younger days, I spent a lot of time on the soccer field, the baseball diamond, and the oval track. Nowadays you'll often find me biking down the road, hiking in the woods, or working out in the gym. It is my lifelong connection to fitness and its benefits that I hope to share with others.
Although I have degrees in engineering and spent most of my career as an engineer, I am now focused on personal training. I received my certification through the World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) and have extensive experience with one-on-one as well as group training. I am also an instructor of balance exercises. In addition, I am certified to administer the FMS.
