Stu
Trainer
I was introduced to weightlifting at the age of 10 when my older brother received a weight set for his 16th birthday… I fell in love with it from day one.
I became a personal trainer in 1993 having already competed in multiple bodybuilding contests, the first of which was the 1991 AAU Mr. Bay State. As life took over with several business ventures I drifted in and out of the exercise lifestyle for several years while also battling weight issues. After some soul searching I vowed to get healthy and got back into personal training in 2005.
I hold the following National Academy of Sports Medicine Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist, and Youth Exercise Specialist. I enjoy working with all ages and have extensive experience with the senior population.
I still continue to compete in competitive bodybuilding and am a nationally qualified athlete in the National Physique Committee(NPC).
