I have always been involved in athletics and general wellness my whole life. I’ve played every sport there is to play and have been an active athlete starting at the age of 5 with hockey, and continued to play sports through college where I played rugby. My passion came from many different coaches that I’ve had, and the obsession with information and knowledge regarding the human body. With an education background in public health, I am driven by the importance of physical activity and mental well-being. With a certification as a strength and conditioning specialist in the works I have committed myself to helping others and spreading valuable knowledge and information on how to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
